At Naturally Bananas, we want you to enjoy your skincare products as soon as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Rural or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery Partners: We use trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery of your products. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees: A flat delivery fee of RXX applies to all orders under RXXX. Orders over RXXX qualify for free delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Naturally Bananas products. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned. Please check product details and ingredient lists before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naturallybananas.co.za with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return courier costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
